For your consideration is a vintage brass lock. Both the top and bottom part are brass. The lock is marked PAT MAY 82. The steel key is marked YALE STANFORD YALE & TOWNE CONN USA. This is a rather light duty lock, which, if you’re not careful, you could easily snap the key off. I consider it to be a display piece.
