Magnificent machine that’s lasted over 10 years having served thousands of flat whites and enjoyed an annual service for fun. There’s some rust under the drip tray and the water level has some calcium build up. But the machine is fully functional and should provide many more years of great coffee.

Anything that needed replacing was replaced such as seals/gaskets and well as being fully descaled/cleaned internally. Total cost was about £180. Will try and find the invoice or request a copy from them.
