Picea engelmannii bush's lace 53L 270-290x125cm @2" diam stem USDA H3-very hardy. We put a cane in the pot where there is no drainage hole and tie the mainstem to it. If the plant deserves it from cost or delicate point of view, we will put a collar around the foliage for secondary protection (and bubble wrap if it seems relevant).extra to that of the outer box.it's hardly rocket science but we only know of two or three other nurseries who operate like this.
