This printer is in excellent working order.However, there appears to be a scratch on the thermal head. Which results in a dead line in the print (see video). Labels and USB lead not included.

Turn printer Off then On again. Don't print Windows test print. If unsuccessful - repeat procedure until Windows install printer correctly or can try through Device Manager-Printers- Uninstall. Before connecting printer to PC download and install ZDesigner driver on your PC.
