Cormier French Rabbet Plane! Dark grained wood, but similar to Boxwood in texture. Plane iron and wedge appear to be original to this plane.

I don’t know a lot of about old planes but from what I can tell it’s a type 3 or 4 number 10 plane that’s pre-lateral adjustment. Everything seems to be there. Has normal signs of use but don’t show cracks or damage. The chip breaker says Stanley Bailey’s Patent, Dec. 24th 1867. The length of the sole is 12-3/8” and it’s width is 2-1/8”
