I say new as this bike has been totally restored to it’s original condition. This is a Golden Yellow 1970 Mk1 Raleigh Chopper that has been restored to a ‘parts correct’ show bike condition. The bike has been totally stripped and professionally powdered coated. The frame is a more sought after upturned cleat version and has never been welded. Some parts have been replaced with NOS but have retained the attention to detail. How many restored Mk1’s have you seen with a Mk2 gear cable. You’ll look long and hard to another Mk1 in this condition.

For sale is my MOD chopper. In pearl cream paintwork. (which is in very good overall condition). As are all the original decals..Everything works as it should. Original tyres and seat pads that are all good. The stand is missing it's rubber foot but they are available. Rear mudguard has slight rippling at the end as usual but not really noticeable.. The rack and front wheel nuts are non original but I've kept any original parts that aren't on the bike. Overall a very presentable and rare Raleigh chopper, that's only going up in value..
