A worn example of a late medieval decorated earthenware floor tile. Likely made in Penn, Buckinghamshire - based on the remnants of decoration visible. Part of a larger pattern of tiles. Thick, tactile floor tile. Rough dimensions: 11.5cm x 11.5cm Chipping and losses around the edges and corners. Large areas of surface loss to the front. Decoration mostly worn and missing. Other heavy wear and damage to the tile and decoration. Please make sure to check over the photos carefully.

Delighted to present a collection of approximately 225 reclaimed terracotta floor tiles. These attractive reclaimed tiles are the height of eco-chic and are aligned with the current trend towards all things recycled. These tiles are excess tiles from a home renovation project. The tiles are said by Fired Earth to be sourced in Europe, with each tile being subtly different and offering a degree of colour variation from rich reds to deep ochres. Bowed tiles are a feature of this range. Each delightful tile is unused and measures 13x13x1.5 3cm. Sold as a complete (set not individually).
