The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200mg DHA, in addition to the recommended daily intake of Omega-3, 250 mg of EPA and DHA combined. ³Vitamin D and Iron have a role in the process of cell division. ⁴Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. ⁵Magnesium and Iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while Vitamins B2, B6 and B12 support normal energy release. ⁶Zinc and Vitamin D contribute to the normal function of the immune system. ⁷Vitamin D support the maintenance of normal bones.
