You get only what you see. I've only been able to turn the in switch over to the 1 7/8 setting. It won't turn to any of the other settings. When powered on to the 1 7/8 setting it still doesn't play rewind or fast forward. That us as far as I can test this. It may have further faults.

This Stella recorder/player is in fair/good cosmetic condition, in general for its age it's good, but it does have the bottom lead cover missing, the function buttons have been repaired over years & the trip counter is a bit "hit & miss". Saying that mechanically it works on Play/FF, but RW does not work & just makes a noise, however for some reason when making a recording it plays back very quietly. So although in effect it works very well on playback using a tape recorded on another machine, recordings made on this machine are very quiet. So it's being listed for spares/repair & hopefully someone with some good knowledge can sort it out, use it as it is, or it would be great for parts! Many thanks for looking!
