As shown fully working battery charges but usage time has not been tested, probably a few hours at this point due to age. As shown in photos some surface scratches on screen and general signs of use, small dent in back but overall fair condition, wheel works perfectly, screen has no dead pixels and backlight works well, audio is clear and sound quality is good. No cables or headphones included, just the iPod as shown.
