The back of the cross is stampedROMA, confirming its Italian ecclesiastical origin. The body of Christ on the front is affixed in low relief, along with INRI and Passion emblems. A small screw at the base allows discreet access to the relics inside, a design common in pectoral crosses worn by priests, missionaries, and pilgrims.
