Very sturdy and durable, great grip, and no scuff marks on the paper. These fit both front and back rollers on these similar 1960's Remington models. You will have to strip yours if there is still rubber material on them and these slide over and are very tight.

A Remington model 1, I believe by the serial made in 1922. Looks to be in overall fair to good used condition with moderate wear. The keys seem to work OK and carriage moves well, but it was tough getting a piece of paper to feed and the 'Y' key sticks.

This Remington 'Envoy II' portable typewriter has been well looked after for the 10 years I’ve owned it. I believe it dates to 1968. With the typewriter itself being built in “Holland” as described on the paper tray, and the hard case made in Italy, this example is in great condition for its age.
