You can replace only the culprit capacitor but your best option is to replace all the capacitors. They will do it for you gladly. The KIT contains 2 x 47uF 25V 105º THT. 1 x 100uF 10V 105º THT. 2 x 470uF 35V 105º THT.

All the Through The Hole (TTH) electrolytic capacitors you'll need to replace the Surface Mounted Device (SMD) capacitors in the Roland JP8000. SMD capacitors are responsible of all kind of problems in these synthesizers, so it is better to replace them as soon as possible in a preventive way, or as soon as the synthesizer begins to have any problem.
