This is a genuine coin from the emperor Constantius II who was emperor from 337-340AD. On the reverse it features two soldiers holding a standard and shields with Gloria Exercitus. It has crisp details on both sides and wouldn't be far off how a roman would have seen the coin in their hands over 1700 years ago!
