Provencal was in production 1967-97. Dinner Plate - 27cm (10.5") across. Milk Jug - 7.5cm high from floor to rim - Capacity is 330ml filled to rim. Coffee Pot - 24.5 cm high from floor to top of lid knob and 20cm long spout to handle - Capacity is 1.14 litre (2 pints) filled to lid rim.

Here are 6 attractive breakfast, lunch, starter or dessert plates in the classic Provencal pattern from Royal Doulton. They seem to be marked as 2nds but as in most cases I can't see the imperfections and where I can it's so minor that it's inconsequential.
