   Saracione Mark IV fly reel. This is the trout model 4 reel. It's 3" Right hand retrieve. I have had this on a display shelf and it has never been used. No marks on it and no issues. The case has always been stored inside the box. The box has wear from being moved around different storage areas in the house.
