This gorgeous vintage /antique? Japanese Satsuma bowl is made of fine porcelain with very tiny eggshell like crackle in the glaze. It is in rich colors of pumpkin orange, shades of amber, soft pink, teal and blue hues. It is hand painted in the Thousand Flower pattern with small and detailed gold accents. The rim is slightly worn gold and it has small foot with grey/brown border with gold motifs. SIZE: 10” across x 4” h. The base is 5 1/2” across. Good vintage condition with no cracks or chips.
