YTS-23 Yamaha Tenor Saxophone serial no. 040125 manufactured in Japan. This saxophone is in amazing condition for its age (I found one slight scratch on the bell – see photo with my finger). There are a couple of very light scratches around the hook ring indicating this saxophone has had light use.

YAS-280 Yamaha Alto Saxophone serial no. N98722 made in Indonesia. I have listed this saxophone as used however it is in pristine condition with no surface scratches on the lacquer, (even around the neck strap hook), suggesting it has only been played once or twice.

It is a 1980’s Mk 1 model, without the purple logo (which I never liked anyway), and it was played professionally before I bought it in 2005, so it has been well used and the lacquer shows its pedigree in place.

I bought this top-of-the-line, limited edition Yamaha sax from a friend (who bought it new) in the late 90s (I was a keen amateur who hasn't played for a few years). All the lacquer is in great condition, and there are only a few light scratches on the bodywork, as the photos show.
