This was sold as an accessory item for the Schwinn Cruisers back in 1980, 81, and 82. The box is a bit tattered, but the fork is in perfect condition, and was never installed on a bike!

Very thin and delicate like the originals. You can try decal set to make them stick better. It would help to sand with 400 grit if you can keep the sanding under the decal and not dull the paint around it.
