The electronic timer is included, however, it is not working due to a battery leak which i have cleaned to no avail. Photos are of the actual item you will receive. A good used game, some stains to the back of the board comes with 4racks and 100 tiles ,missing the timer as batteries had leaked and was unsalvageable it does have an old house smell to it but not massively, definitely a well loved game judging by how many score cards I found with it priced according
