This bed is a well crafted piece of furniture. Very solid construction which together with the orthos spring mattress make it comfortable and supportive. The Hypnos mattress has always been used with a mattress protector and is also in good condition. The base is slatted wood and metal. It should be noted that both the bed and the mattress are heavy items which require two people to lift them.

Very solid, good quality used king size bed and bedding box. The bed has a couple of screws that need replacing (but is fully useable with the screws it comes with) and a slat (again I’ve used this bed without the slat and it’s made no difference). It has been in storage for quite some time. Both could both do with a sand and revarnish to bring it back to full life but also could be used as it is just fine. Cost over £1000 new.
