It is not suggested to reuse or relocate the vinyl stickers once they have been applied. They will not stick again.

Lay the top of the application tape / sticker onto the surface keeping it flat as possible use a bank card or hard card squeegee go down the sticker slowly until you reach the bottom of the sticker hopefully there will be no bubbles after doing this.
