I've had these headphones for 1 year now but rarely got to use them. All functionalities are working perfectly (Buttons, Tap sensor, Microphone, Noise Cancel, Connectivity, Adjustable headband, Ear pads). The case and the contents are brand new, never used. I don't carry the case and use my own charging cable. However, some fabric has come away in the front middle of the headband, as per picture. ***This doesn't affect any functions, and from my observation, is a common thing to happen to a Momentum 4*** p.s. Can be easily fixed. I just can't be bothered. I keep my belongings clean and tidy. No concern about dirtiness, stains, or smell. :)
