The spring is good and fully wound. But sold as not working So great original and rare clock which has not been tested but might work?. A very nice quality item by a top U.S maker and a great project.

The clock's distinctive feature is its floral motif, reminiscent of the delicate beauty of a rose centifolia. The clock is used, we think my father bought it in the late 1960s, my uncle then took it on in about 2000 (he kept a record of battery changes on rear of the clock, it has been really well looked after and remains in great condition. ).

Beautiful example of this model by Seth Thomas. It features the Scotland and Quartzmatic logos. Highly collectible. It works and it is in great condition. A couple of scratches near the top on the brass and some dust behind the glass. Tabs on the back panel are still intact. It has a surprisingly heavy weight for a clock measuring 24cm approximately. Please see pictures for more information.

The pendulum is not attached and there is a key for the clock.

The dial stamped by the clock maker Seth Thomas. The whole raised on a stepped ormolu base. Overall, the clock is in good working condition and the ormolu retains a very bright colour.
