A 2nd Seth Thomas mantle clock from my father's estate, but this one has an alarm function. Comes complete with original pendulum, alarm bell and a key. The mechanism is stamped S THOMAS, PLYMOUTH, CONNECTICUT and there is also a genuine Seth Thomas label. For its age the wood case is in pretty good condition with no bits are missing. Sadly the clock doesn't work and needs a full service/clean which is far beyond my capabilities. Beautiful example of this model by Seth Thomas. It features the Scotland and Quartzmatic logos. Highly collectible. It works and it is in great condition. A couple of scratches near the top on the brass and some dust behind the glass. Tabs on the back panel are still intact. It has a surprisingly heavy weight for a clock measuring 24cm approximately.
