It is missing the mains power unit and remote. Usually I wouldn’t list this type of thing with so many missing accessories but this has AV inputs meaning it could be used for many applications other than playing DVD’s It has been tested and does work. The screen is clear, the DVD plays ( a bit noisy but it works) and the inputs can be selected by the onboard buttons. It comes with a 12V car power lead and case. It does not have an onboard battery.
