This is an original antique (early 20th century) LC Smith Super Speed Silent No 11 manual typewriter in functional condition. It needs a new ribbon and could use a good cleaning for best results. Nothing has been cleaned, and it is dusty inside and there is a trapped piece of yarn that can be seen in the photo showing the bottom of the typewriter.

From a local estate we have a vintage Smith Corona silent Super Alpine Blue tuxedo model portable typewriter. The serial number is 5T 674527X. Everything seems to be fully functional and it is in need of a cleaning as there is dust inside. The outside of the typewriter has some spilled white correction fluid on the left side and other general wear from age and use as you can see from the pictures. We did test it out and it needs a new ink ribbon. The case is in good condition, it does not have the keys, and there is a dent in the front corner of the lid.

A Smith-Corona Silent Super, I believe it is a 1957 5T model. Color is a turquoise or seafoam green. The keys stick and this will need to be cleaned. The carriage moves smoothly. Not all functions wear tested, will probably need a new ribbon.
