These have the makers mark (Bell) for Roberts Cadman & Co. - Sheffield Plate (i.e. made from a copper coated silver sheets, as opposed to dipped in silver solution & electroplated). - So these had to be made in sections and then assembled (with electroplating you can cast & dip).
