I have not been able to find similar examples, am unsure whether this was the original design or if they have been altered at some point.

Antique Georgian Old Sheffield Plate Candlestick | Plain Gadroon Pillar With Round Base. Some wear to the plating in parts revealing the copper and some scratches from previous poor cleaning. A couple of small dents on the bottom of the base. Otherwise is in good physical condition for its age. Lead filled so is a good heavy weight. There’s a nice aged patina but would clean up well too.
