Very cool antique walking stick with souvenir badges. The silver badge at the top is from Ungvar, Ukraine and the rest of the badges are from Hungary and Slovakia. One of the badges is upside down and others are missing. It measures about 33.5” tall. The finish is worn away, the handle is cracked, and the end is broken to a sharp point. See photos for details. The shaft is, in my very amateur opinion, malacca but again I'll be happy to be corrected. The hallmarks show the makers mark JH which is Jonathan Howell, a prominent military stick maker from 1895/6, so I would say that the original date of manufacture would be the later years of the 19th Century, possible early 20th Century?.
