This wheel has two faulty points to note - firstly, the up arrow on the wheel acts as though it’s permanently pressed. Secondly, I partially opened this to try and find the problem, but half way through I couldn’t find where to open next, so I reassembled - in doing so I clearly misaligned the two gear/ coil assemblies as the wheel now doesn’t spring back to the neutral position after being turned.
