Used with Tarnish. I have added additional pictures for greater clarity, the existing ones are not capable of conveying the correct information. The plate is 9 inches from left to right as viewed in the second set of images, it is 6 inches from front to back also in second set of images, and finally the height at its highest is 1.5 inches. Please note that there is also an altered area that still holds a ghost image from a sticker, this could be removed with polishing, or if tarnish is valued as, it often is, then the ghost image would disappear under the trinkets it might hold, or candy, or etc. Thank you for viewing.

It's hard to read the impression that has been put over the etching on the base but I believe it says "silver plated on brass, cavalier, made in England" Also not sure whether to refer to it as being a bottle stand or trinket tray. Measures about 14cm and whatever it is I like it.
