Solid and heavy 12inch Working Vintage Smiths Empire Wall Clock, Empire 151 mechanism, I have fitted a repro distressed Smiths RAF dial, featuring RAF Crest, AM Arrow & Smith English Clocks Ltd. London. The original dial is on the reverse of the repro dial. The black Ebonised case is in lovely condition, brass bezel with glass. Size approx 380mm wide x 130mm deep, Bezel 310mm wide. I have fully disassembled it and cleaned it in an ultrasonic bath of proprietary clock cleaning fluid. The rear door shows no drop in its hinge and closes correctly shut being locked by a small clasp.
