Working perfectly fine. As you can see in the picture one side is taller than the other not sure if that's how its supposed to be, or its misalligned thr (headphone). Probably an easy fix to the right person. Its in good condition. The cushion on the left hand side has a bit torn off, but nothing noticeable.
