This piano was built around 1920 and was originally retained by Steinway for concert and artist use (piano still bears the shorter concert bank serial number rather than the usual longer Steinway serial number).

Signed by the American concert pianist Grant Johannesen (1921-2005). A limited number of these were sold to help pay for the Utah Symphony's new Steinway grand piano in 1996. The new piano was officially inaugurated by Johannesen. Measures about 24 1/4" x 6 1/2" x 2 1/2". The frame is metal with a brushed, gold-tone finish. The front is glass. Excellent condition. No issues other than maybe some small, light marks on the metal frame. Clean. Looks great. Shipping is by USPS Ground Advantage (insured) in the continental USA only. Thanks for looking!
