Excellent condition for its age with just very minor wear to the plastic body and wear to the Stereolist sticker, but it is very rare for the sticker to be present at all. Box is also excellent but does have writing to it, as well as one small puncture tear to the lid, and the instructions also have writing to the back.

Look to be vaugely 1950s/60. Two parts. Viewer and illumination section. Interesting design. Reads "Zeiss Ikon Made In Germany 1427/01". It lights up and works fine. Minor dirt and debis internally when viewed, so would benefit from a minor clean.
