Great chocolate brown chair in excellent condition. The swivel and recline all work properly. The leather is in excellent condition on the chair and footstool it has been cleaned and waxed. There is a small mark top side of the wood of the footstool, hardly noticeable (see pic for details). I have matching chair with similar but not identical measurements up for sale too.
