Early model ( possibly dating back to the 1960's ) with a Takumar 3.5/28 case.Lens made in Japan. No 1276465. I have not used the lens myself. This just " sits " and is not a tight fit. The carry case is velvet lined and in good order.

There is slight haze on the edge of the front lens under strong light. (Does not affect shooting.). The focus ring moves just right smoothly. The aperture blades are clean and work properly. There are tiny scuffs from normal use.
