Used but in very good condition with the exception of a small plastic lug that has snapped off the cup stand that allows you to adjust the height of the cup stand. We never adjusted the height so not an issue for us (the height can still be adjusted if required by twisting the inner cup). Comes with manual, euro to UK plug adapter (the machine was originally an import from Germany) and hot water dispenser pod. Machine has been tested and functions as it should.
