The tenor and the alto are the two most commonly used saxophones. Tenor saxophones"¯ also take more airflow but with the right reed and mouthpiece they shouldn't really be significantly harder work for an enthusiastic beginner.

For sale this 2nd hand tenor sax Keilwerth model SX90R in excellent condition ! This saxophone just plays amazingly well, the sound is far and huge, a lot of projection. Made in Germany in the julius keilwerth factory, it is build to last, great ergonomics, incredible intonation ( in fact that’s the more in tune sax I have ever played, it is spot on in every note !).

Jupiter 500 Tenor Saxophone Excellent Condition. This is one of my back up sax’s that I’m reluctantly selling. It’s got a fantastic rich tone and the low notes pop out effectively. The body is in great condition with no dings or dents. There are a few light scratches where the body has caught a belt buckle. They are very light. The pads and cords are in great condition. I’ve had the action adjusted so it’s more responsive. Complete with neck strap, mouthpieces, reeds and case. Part of the zip has come away from the case but it works fine. Sold by teacher.
