Fully functioning. Extremely durable electronics to the point this still has some simple programs stored on it that I wrote in school at the turn of the century. No corrosion on main battery terminals. Manual is dogeared from knocking around in my schoolbag but there's no sign of me having doodled in it. Uses 4x AAA batteries, not included.

Takes AAA batteries clean battery compartment fully working and tested though sometimes been battery cover is attached it loses power as one of the batteries can come out of place used so may have some slight cosmetic flaws as expected on a used item see pics

The original TI-83 is itself an upgraded version of the TI-82. [1] Released in 1996, it was one of the most popular graphing calculators for students.
