The TH8S from Thrustmaster is in need of a gear knob mod to make the most of it! Most adapters that allow you to put a real gear knob on a sim gear box are made of 3d Printed plastic. For that reason all of my adapters for sim racing gear knobs are made of stainless steel ( see below for the explanation of the 6 speed).

The TH8 and TH8RS from Thrustmaster is a quality piece of kit but for myself and many others the throw of the shifter it too far. The knob sits too tall to make it feel like a realistic race, rally or drift car.

Black Thrustmaster TX Leather Edition Steering Wheel & Thrustmaster TH8A 7 Speed Gated Manual Shifter. Both Opened & Used, Wheel does have cosmetic damage, can be easily fixed however I do not have the screwdriver to do it. However it doesn't impact performance, tested with the cosmetic damage and still works completely fine. No boxes, Wheel comes with the instruction manual and a desk mount, no instructions for the shifter as its plug and play, does also have a in-built desk mount. All cables included. £280 OVNO PICKUP ONLY!!!!
