The author attempted to make the story historically accurate having used a multitude of historical sources. Includes a number of footnotes which add additional historic information about specific individuals, locations and events as well as notes on meaning of phrases. Illustrated boards are in good condition with bumps/rubbing to corners and edges as well as some soiling with spots to spine. Some small smudges as per phot of pages 150/151 but overall pages are clean and unmarked.
