He was born in 1941, in Lawrence, Kansas and showed early talent. There are many, many images, all instantly recognizable as his work. Overall the piece is exceptionally clean and fresh. What appears as spotting is actually water spots on the glass only, which were not totally wiped away when the glass was cleaned.
