Fully working and in very good condition. This is a lovely turntable. Lid condition: The perspex lid is in pretty goodshape. I have included a picture of one of teh snapped hinges. The lid has a few light marks, and also a couple of larger marks.

Thorens TD-160B II (No Arm). Very nice example of this classic Thorens turntable from the ‘70’s. Motor unit and plinth only ( no arm). The arm-board is cut for SME tonearm but of course any arm you choose can be fitted. Fully serviced including motor, main-bearing fully cleaned and re-lubed, unit cleaned inside and out, new belt fitted, adjusted speed changer and motor pulley cleaned. New base-feet fitted. This deck comes WITHOUT lid or hinges. (Will be partly disassembled for shipping).. Grab this classic vintage turntable in good condition and working perfectly. This original case is designed for the Thorens TD 160 turntable. The case has been enlarged by 5mm on each side and finished with a natural Red Ebony veneer. The enlarged case allows for a free-standing dust cover, available on eBay. The case is equipped with a gold plated power cord socket and a brand name plaque, and also has new insulating feet. The turntable pictured is not for sale. The case has been modified to accommodate other Thorens models, such as the TD166 (as pictured), or the TD165 or similar.
