THEY ARE HAND PAINTED AND EACH ONE IS PAINTED A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENTLY. THE CORKS ARE INTACT. THERE IS NO LIQUID IN THEM. THERE IS MOST LIKELY SMALL PIECES OF THE CORK INSIDE THEM AS YOU CAN HEAR THEM IF YOU SHAKE THE DECANTERS.
