So the TVs screen is rather blue once you turn it on and it not quite as bad in person as it is on the photos but it also seems to have got some water inside the TV somehow and has a water line down one side if you check the penultimate photo. I have no controller for it and if you check the last photo then you can buy replacement from somewhere else. With all this said it is working and it certainly could do with some work. Maybe you would want to unscrew it and try and discover what the issues may be.
