However, there seems to be 2 very small marks on the lens. This could be dust or dirt but these 2 small marks/circles appear on the screen and also appear in photos. This unit has been tested and outside of the issue with the 2 marks on screen from the lens, it is in full working order.

Used Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ20. I haven't used this for a few years, sitting in my drawer. It still works, I've tested it.
