The holder is part of the scanner. as the thought of the scanner falling over and taking a tumble is so much reduced with this wide foot holder.

Cut for 121mhz so in the civil air band portion of the spectrum this antenna but with harmonics in the mil air band this antenna is a very good option for bringing in those long range signals without having to climb on your roof to fit an external antenna.
