This is an old department store building in poor condition and in obvious need of repair. With some work it could be restored to its former glory or simply tidied up as a frontage only building which is how it has been employed on my large model rail layout.

This design is NOT copied from any other building design out there, these are completely unique designs. Size of each buildings are just short of A4 landscape paper size. Both are completely flat with slopping roof detail. Can be used to display your favourite Manchester 1/76 model buses.
